Welcome to MJ Training Solutions UK Ltd! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in our SPA Health and Safety Core Training Day. In these terms and conditions, “learner” or “candidate” refers to the person whose details are submitted through our website upon payment for participation in the SPA Health and Safety Core Training Day.

1. Information Usage

MJ Training Solutions UK Ltd utilizes the information collected during enrollment to provide our services and may use this data for the following purposes: a. Providing requested information about our products or services. b. Sharing details about products of potential interest until you opt out. c. Informing you of changes to our website and services.

Rest assured, we never share or sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is shared with Awarding Bodies solely for examination registration and certification issuance.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To participate in our Online SPA Health and Safety Core Training Day, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or over on the start date of the SPA Health and Safety Core Training Day.
• Possess basic computer and literacy skills.
• Have a UK national insurance number.
• Access to an email account.
• Availability of a PC, Laptop, or tablet.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rebooking

After completing the enrollment/purchase process, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to reconsider your enrollment. During this period, you can:

• Cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund.
• Reschedule your course date at no extra cost. After 14 days or within 14 days from the course date, refunds will not be provided.

4. SPA Passport

Upon successful completion of the SPA Health and Safety Core Training Day, candidates will be issued an SPA Passport approximately seven days after the course completion. The passport will be initially scanned and emailed to candidates, then mailed to the address provided during enrollment.

5. Copyright and Liability

Learner material provided by MJ Training Solutions UK Ltd must not be copied or distributed. We are not liable for any damage to your equipment caused by our software. While we strive for accuracy, users should exercise their own judgment when using the provided information. We do not accept liability for losses or damages resulting from errors or omissions in the SPA Health and Safety Core Training Day.
